British soul band Simply Red - with singer Mick Hucknall being the only original member - has had eleven studio albums since 1985, had a farewell tour in 2010, then a comeback in 2015 and now the twelfth album is coming in November 2019.

Mick Hucknall won an Ivor Novello Award in 1992 for Songwriter of the Year and the band itself won one in 2002 for Outstanding Song Collection. Also, the band has gathered three Grammy Award Nominations.
