Gábor is listening to... 2018/16

Need a break from Drake?

Are you mellow due to Marshmello?

Did you Guetta enough of David?

Hahaha. Let's go back to the 80s.

1. She has been around the world and i-i-i am so glad she dropped by to release her latest LP: Lisa Stansfield is back with eighth studio album Deeper. Even though most of the 1980s she was fronting her band Blue Zone, her first and most successful single All Around The World is dated back to 1989 therefore she still qualifies as an 80s classic.

2. Kim Smith AKA Kim Wilde is definitely an 80s pop icon. Even though as an English singer she never had a UK number one song because Kids In America and You Came peaked at number two and number three, she topped the Billboard Hot 100 in 1986 with You Keep Me Hanging On (also a UK number 2) and topped the Austrian Top 40 as a guest singer on fellow 80s artist Nena's comeback Anyplace, Anywhere, Anytime in 2003. In addition Cambodia reached number one both in Sweden and in Switzerland in 1981. Her latest album Here Come The Aliens was released in March 2018.

3. As for Nena - which is both her artist pseudonym and the name of her former band - she had only one worldwide hit with 99 Luftballons, which topped the UK charts and reached number two in the USA. In German-speaking countries, however, Gabriele Susanne Kerner had various other Top 10 songs and two number ones - one in Austria featuring Kim Wild in 2003 and the other, Liebe Ist, in Germany in 2005. Her latest release is an English-speaking song featuring Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) on bass guitar.

4. From topless model to pin-up girl, British model and singer Samatha Fox is best known for... what exactly? Well, Touch Me (I Want Your Body) became a number one and top 10 hit all over the world, so... let's call it a day. :)

Sam's latest song is Hot Boy, which was produced for a comedy motion picture entitled Videoman.
