If there is something in which I am not quite sure, then it is the summer of 2003 because in that year I did not have any music channel - neither MTV nor VIVA. So all I have heard came either from radio stations (mostly dance oriented) or they were suggested by friends. As a result I had to make a thorough research to get a better idea of what was in and what was out but in case you would like to add something - you are more than welcome.

Apparently there were tons of dancefloor anthems in 2003 for example Husan by Bhangra Knights, Shake It by Lee Cabrera, I'm In Heaven by Jason Nevins, Saltshaker by The Boogie Pimps, Passion by Steve Murano, Maria (I Like It Loud) by Scooter, Nothing But You by Paul Van Dyk, Dancing Tonight by Stereopol, Can't Make Up My Mind by Sonique, Mr Vain Recall by Culture Beat, Falling High by Safri Duo and Fly On The Wings Of Love by XTM Presents Annia.

Also DJ Tomcraft's Loneliness became number one in the UK this summer.

Finally, Turkey won the Eurovision Song Contest with Sertab's Everyway That I Can, DJ Bobo annoyed everyone with Chiuaua, Daniel Bedingfield had his third UK number one with Never Gonna Leave Your Side and... there was this one song... this one stupid song... I mean has anyone ever heard about the Fast Food Song? Well, it seems to me that it was a summer hit in the UK in 2003... LOL
